Legacy’s equipment is checked for faults and maintained in good repair. Risk assessments for all equipment and operating instructions are provided. All equipment is available for “dry hire” (self operation) and must be supervised by a suitable person aged 17 or over. Public liability insurance provides cover for injury to participants from equipment faults but doesn’t provide cover for hirers in relation to negligence in supervision. Hire prices include local delivery, set up and collection. A £100 deposit (cheque) is required.

The pole joust is a “pillow fight” which can be used by young people from age 10.	The bouncy castle can be used by children aged 15 and under only.	The pugel battle can be used by older children, teenagers and adults.
The eliminator is a bungee run and is suitable for mid to late teens and adults.	Sumo suits are available in either adult or junior size.	Our portable generator is large enough to power 2 blowers (fuel costs extra).

Damage deposit
A £100 damage deposit is payable on each hire (in the form of a cheque) which will be returned upon the return of hired items in good repair.
